Nice location Good people and good place to live

Nice place. There's some work that needs to be dome still and some things that need to be sorted out with the town and all but it's a pleasant area to be in.

The people who live here are good people and great neighbours. Not anything like the 30th Ave 'elitists' who are trying to segregate our community.

Great community, nicely landscaped.
